It is important that park users are aware that the Daily Park Passes have been replaced by a Single Entry Park Pass, the difference being the single entry park pass is good for ONE entry to one of four parks/beaches. Single Entry Park Passes and Single Entry Parking Passes will not be sold at Town Hall. While access to a beach is considered a natural resource protected by First Amendment, a pool is another story. The proposed Byram Pool access policy excludes non-residents unless accompanied by a resident who pays $8.00.
