A Greenwich dog owner formed a non profit PAWS of Greenwich after exploring the Grass Island Dog Park, which is adjacent to the waste water treatment plant. People aren’t following the rules and the extension of it would just aggravate it more.” – Nancy Caplan, chair of the board of Parks & Rec on extending the dog season at Greenwich Point by two weeks in the fall and two weeks in the spring for a total of five months.
