P&Z Watch: Addition Proposed at Former BNY Mellon Building on Mason Street

A new pre-application has arrived at Greenwich Planning & Zoning that includes a three story addition at the back of the office building at 10 Mason Street. The property is one of two that sold from BNY Mellon National Association in 2025. The building was first constructed in 1954 with two stories.
