State Rep Mike Bocchino. From Orientation to Border Toll Battle

State Rep (R-Dist 150) Mike Bocchino, the Greenwich native who was elected last November, reflects on his first two months in office, and his committee assignments. He and his official mentor, Fred Camillo (Dist. 151) co-sponsored Emily’s Law.They also recently testified before the Transportation Committee against adding any tolls on I-95 the state line. Mr. Bocchino said a border toll on the New York-Connecticut line would be right behind a school zone and heavy pedestrian area, and that tech-savvy drivers already use their phones and GPS to find alternate routes on local roads.
