Audi Wins Rematch at P&Z in Overtime

Despite a show of force by RTM members and neighbors of the Audi dealership on West Putnam Ave, Audi won approval for their expansion and updates to exterior lighting. Peter Quigley, member of the harbor commission expressed “grave” concerns about pollution to Horseneck Brook, which feeds into Long Island Sound. Harbor Management Commission Denies Parks & Rec Request for $2,900 to Upgrade Key Buoys

A Parks & Rec request for $2,900 to upgrade buoys to mark Jake’s Reef, Finch’s Rock, Salt Rock, Sugar Boat and the wreck of the Kevin B at Captain’s Island was denied by the Harbor Management Commission at the Jan. 21 meeting.
