Harbor Management Commission Denies Parks & Rec Request for $2,900 to Upgrade Key Buoys

A Parks & Rec request for $2,900 to upgrade buoys to mark Jake’s Reef, Finch’s Rock, Salt Rock, Sugar Boat and the wreck of the Kevin B at Captain’s Island was denied by the Harbor Management Commission at the Jan. 21 meeting.
