GHS Student Gov Pres: Custodians Instructed Not to Clean Up Student Center

“Mistakes prepare us for the rest of our lives,” said GHS Student Gov president Blake Reinken during his remarks at Thursday’s BOE meeting, of the push to have Chicken Joe’s or Garden Catering on the Cardinal Café menu. While students have been remiss in cleaning their lunch tables, for decades, Reinken said, “Custodians have been instructed not to clean up. It is our responsibility to clean up.” Reinken said. Greenwich Scholarship Association is Accepting Applications through March 13

In 2014, the program for the 42nd GSA scholarship evening listed 99 scholarships, though some went to multiple recipients. To qualify for a 2015 GSA scholarship, students must be Greenwich residents and/or attend GHS and demonstrate financial need. The deadline to apply is March 13th at midnight.
