On Monday the Town of Greenwich issued an RFP (#7626) for a mixed use development in the Island Beach Parking lot at 121 Arch Street. As of Monday, March 30, Neighbor to Neighbor has made a significant step in addressing the increased need for food by temporarily moving their distribution location to the Arch Street Teen Center.
