WMS Parents Support Tree Removal; Fear “Objector” Might Appeal Tree Warden Approval to State Superior Court

Regardless of whether or not the tree warden rules to approve the tree removals, his decision can be appealed, within 10 days, by an objector to State Superior Court in Stamford, which would delay the entire project. CMS Building Committee Refers to RTM a Request to Replace A Member ASAP

The vote was 7-2 on a motion that the building committee request the RTM, or RTM moderator, or the RTM Public Works Committee immediately replace Michael Spilo as the RTM representative to the committee as soon as possible.
