At the latter location, local commercial Shell fishermen “host” a free raw bar of clams and oysters harvested form Greenwich waters and cooked Edible Seaweed (sugar kelp) also harvested locally. Perfect Day for 8th Annual “Experience the Sound” at Greenwich Point

Kudos to the person who ordered up the perfect weather on Sunday for the “Experience the Sound” event, organized by the Bruce Museum and the Town’s Shellfish Commission. The event included tours of a shellfishing boat and a free raw bar! Several organizations set up under tents outside Innis Arden Cottage, and a fleet of Bruce Museum Seaside Center volunteers did a bit of show and tell with the sea life for kids of all ages.
