A new pre-application has arrived at Greenwich Planning & Zoning that includes a three story addition at the back of the office building at 10 Mason Street. The property is one of two that sold from BNY Mellon National Association in 2025. The building was first constructed in 1954 with two stories. In 1962 it was increased to four stories, with land added for parking for a total of 60 spaces including two ADA spaces.

Joe Kaliko of Needs Clearing House is working with multiple non profit groups to assist a 23-year-old Greenwich woman with a severe kidney problem. The woman who is also 24 weeks pregnant. Kaliko was contacted by a nurse at Greenwich Hospital who said that for the next 14 weeks, the expectant mother will need food and transportation to and from the hospital. The young woman is living in a one-room apartment in Greenwich and has no family or income.
