Woman Charged with Arson in 2015 River Road Blaze

A woman faces multiple charges for intentionally starting a fire in her ex-boyfriend’s condo at 9 River Road last May. According to Greenwich Police, the woman refused to leave the unit when emergency personnel arrived, claiming there were victims in the apartment.
