Greenwich Community Gardens is offering a new garden class on Saturday, September 17, “Preserve the Taste of Summer: Pickling Fermenting and Drying”.

The class will be held at Mill Street Bar & Table, 230 Mill Street in Byram, 11:00am to 12:15am.

Two community gardeners, Rosemary Louden and Chef Geoff Lazlo who are experts in their fields will be teaming up once again to teach this class.

It is a follow-up to their very well-attended spring class on growing and cooking with herbs.

Ms. Louden is an expert herb gardener, author and lecturer, and Mr. Lazlo is the managing partner & executive chef at Mill Street Bar & Table.

The cost for the class is $15.00 per person. Please RSVP. Space is limited. Email info@greenwichcommunitygardens.org or call 203-629-1499.
