P&Z Watch: Greenwich Drafts Smoke Shop Restrictions after Byram Neighbors Complain

The Byram Neighborhood Association requested restrictions on smoke shops noting recent police activity and violations among the cluster of them in the area of Mill Street and North/South Water Streets. Byram is attractive to smoke shops because New York has tougher laws. New York longer allow flavored vapes and restrict ENDS, which is a nicotine delivery system. Commissioner Nick Macri said he was worried a cigar store exemption would create a loophole in the future. Continue Reading →

Pre-Application Submitted to Greenwich P&Z to Change use of Former Mike’s Organic to Restaurant
