P&Z Response to New Berkley Office Proposal that “Moves” Non-Conformities: “It’s not a coupon”

The P&Z commissioners again took issue with “moving non-conformities” from property to property. Neighbors said based on noise from mechanicals at the existing Berkley building at 475 Steamboat Rd, they were fearful about noise from the proposed office building. P&Z Okays Apartment Building at 32 Field Point Rd behind Historic Commercial Building

P&Z Watch: 8-30g Application on Mason St – “A Cavernous Effect on the Street”

At issue was the addition of a second curb cut and driveway and location of proposed Conservation Easements. Also, neighbors voiced concerns about increased flooding.
