Robert Joseph Prach, of Greenwich passed away peacefully on Tuesday, May. He was 88 years old. Born in Queens, NY, August 5, 1930 to Frank and Stephanie (Korchek) Prach. CT Resident Indicted for Hoax Anthrax Threats and Threatening to Kill the President

A man was indicted on 12 counts of maliciously conveying false information about an explosive, an offense that carries a maximum term of imprisonment of 10 years on each count; three counts related to the sending of hoax Anthrax letters, and offense that carries a maximum term of imprisonment of five years on each count, and one count of making threats against the President, an offense that carries a maximum term of imprisonment of five years.
