On June 6 around 12:30am Greenwich Police observed a vehicle near I95 north with its high beams on, failing to turn them off while passing motorists.
A motor vehicle stop was initiated without incident.
Investigation revealed the vehicle was not registered and that the driver, Jeb Douglas Fiorita, 45, of Washington Blvd in Stamford displayed signs and symptoms of intoxication.

Police report that there was an infant in the back seat.
Mr. Fiorita was charged with DWI, Improper Multi-Beam Headlights, Operating an Unregistered Vehicle and Risk of Injury to a Child.
He was released on a $250 bond and has a date in Stamford Superior Court on June 20, 2019.
