UPDATE: Gov. Ned Lamont has scheduled a special election for the 36th District Senate seat, which was vacated by Alex Kasser who resigned last month. The election will take place on Tuesday, August 17. On the second week of shakeups in local government, longtime Town Clerk, Republican Carmella Budkins, announced she will not run for another term. Junior League of Greenwich “Packs for the Packs” Doggy Donation Drive and Dog Photo Contest Raise $800 for Adopt-A-Dog

This two-part project not only included donations of dog toys, food, dog treats, new dog beds/blankets, and laundry detergent but also an online Dog Photo Contest whereby people submitted their cute, funny or favorite photo of their dog.
