New Greenwich Police Swearing in Fills Town Hall Meeting Room

“Today is the culmination of an effort that started a long time ago,” said Greenwich Police Chief Heavey at Wednesday morning’s swearing in of Shane Geary and Matthew Swift. Quick thinking Officer Jason Lyman applied a tourniquet to the leg of a landscaper who had lost his foot in a tractor accident and retrieved severed parts.
