P&Z Stymied by Bulk of Proposed 20-Unit Apartment Building Submitted Prior to 6-110 Workforce Housing Moratorium

A proposal for a 20 unit apartment building at 1205 East Putnam Ave, next to McDonald’s in Riverside went before the Planning & Zoning commission.
