P&Z Watch: Pause Medical Spa Okayed in Mixed Use Building at Former Friendly’s Site

Pause Greenwich will have 7 therapy rooms, cryotherapy, light therapy, Sauna, Float room, compression therapy, and three IV stations. After being rebuffed in on April 21 on height and bulk of the proposed 22-unit, mixed use, 3-story development submitted under Section 6-110 for moderate income housing at 100 East Putnam Ave in Cos Cob, the applicant made revisions including reducing the height by about 4-1/2 feet.
