Corey Fine had only just taken over ownership last July and remodeled in August when a car crashed through the side of his liquor store on William Street. Lemonaid stands and volunteers will be found throughout Greenwich on Saturday with location along Greenwich Ave, in Riverside and in Belle Haven, as well as other locations. In 2014, Lemonaid raised more than $100,000 – enough to provide 800,000 nutritious meals to New Yorkers in need. On Wednesday, May 27th, A true American icon came to Greenwich’s own C. Parker Gallery to present his emblematic artwork to viewers buzzing with questions and conversation. Max was not only a keystone artist in psychedelic and counter-culture pop art in the 60’s and 70’s, but later the official artist for many recent events, highlights including the Grammy Awards, The 30th Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, and the Super Bowl among others.
