UPDATE: Forecast for Snow Moves Greenwich Vs Darien Football Game to 10:00am

Cardinals football

The forecast is for snow, which could impact the CIAC finals with GHS Cardinals against Darien Blue Wave at Boyle Stadium in Stamford. The 11:00am game is switched to 10:00am. At 6:00am on Saturday, CIAC will assess the weather and determine if the game can be played at 10:00am.

Work it Off: Register Now for 7th Annual Greenwich Alliance for Education 2017 Turkey Trot

The 7th annual Turkey Trot to benefit the Greenwich Alliance for Education, a foundation that has gotten behind programs like AVID at GHS, Tuning In To Music, Going Place with Books and most recently the GHS Innovation Lab pilot, is set for Nov 25, 2017. Join over 1,200 spectators and participants in the perfect post-Thanksgiving family activity. Registrants will be able to choose from either a 5K race or a non-competitive 1 mile run/walk. Both races begin and end at the Arch Street Teen Center at 100 Arch Street and pace through the beautiful flat roads of Bruce Park. GHS Senior Donates $2,000 to Support GYFL’s Safety Efforts
