Ray Garrison joins the Greenwich Council with seven years experience in various senior management positions for BSA councils in Florida and Kansas. Most recently, Garrison was Development Director with the BSA Gulf Stream Council in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.

A Week of outdoor activities made for a memorable vacation for a group of 13 Inspirica children last week. On Friday the children went on a hike through the woods, where they placed pine boughs on a fort to shelter from a brief rain, played camouflage-hide-and-seek and made pizza from scratch. Eighteen new Greenwich Eagle Scouts, whose service projects have totaled 2,585 hours for local organizations, are among 800 to achieve the rank through Greenwich Scouting over 100 years.
