Parks & Rec director Joe Siciliano described Steve Leininger, who plans to open Back Country Barbecue at the Griff some time in May as “a business man and real go-getter.” The barbecue will supplement the golfers menu which includes breakfast and lunch, and grill items in addition to wraps and club sandwiches.
