New Lebanon Update: Below Disagreement there is Unity in Byram

The public hearing at New Lebanon School on Tuesday brought a large disagreement to light between those in favor of Scheme B and Scheme D. A letter from the Byram Neighborhood Association, while not endorsing either site, detailed a list of community specifications that all parties can stand behind.
