Neighbor to Neighbor Sets Date for Annual Spring Luncheon

Neighbor to Neighbor is excited to announce an official date for their Annual Spring Luncheon. The event will take place Wednesday, April 3rd at Greenwich Country Club from 11:45 am- 2:00 pm.  

The luncheon will feature guest speaker, Lydia Fenet. Lydia is the author of two best-selling books, The Most Powerful Woman in the Room is You and Claim Your Confidence as well as the podcast host of Claim Your Confidence in collaboration with Rockefeller Center. Abilis Receives $3.78 Million Grant from the Steven & Alexandra Cohen Foundation for The Cohen Abilis Advancement Center in Stamford

Abilis is thrilled to announce that it has been awarded a $3.78 million grant from the Steven & Alexandra Cohen Foundation. This grant will support Abilis’ expansion in Fairfield County with the purchase of a second location in Stamford, Connecticut, at 78 Harvard Avenue. Gallery 1938 to Host Fundraiser to Benefit Neighbor to Neighbor

Gallery 1938, a new local antique store, is excited to announce an upcoming fundraiser in support of Neighbor to Neighbor. The event aims to raise funds and awareness for the essential services provided by the food pantry. The event will take place on Saturday, February 17 from 12:00pm-5:00pm at Gallery 1938. Guardians of Rescue Works Feverishly to Rescue Dogs and Cats from Puppy Mills

On Sunday, February 11th, Puppy Bowl XX will air on Animal Planet. This year, 131 puppies from 73 shelters and rescues across 36 states will be competing.  Each one will be picture perfect, clean, happy and playing to win. What we won’t see are the horrible conditions that so many of these puppies came from. Guardians of Rescue helping animals left out in the cold temperatures. Continue Reading →
