On Sept 27, the community is invited to Joey B’s in Cos Cob to thank a cop in person. Take a chance with the dunk tank and take home a blue ribbon to tie to a tree your Greenwich neighborhood for a townwide show of gratitude to police and other first responders. Attendees will have an opportunity to take a guided tour of the office complex, meet police team members in person and thank them for their service, see a variety of equipment the department uses in their work, and to see a special American Flag workshop conducted by the Police Honor Guard, the Police Explorers, and the Cub Scouts.
