Elected Officials, Boys & Girls Club of Greenwich Service Clubs Collaborate on Graffiti Removal Project

A group who are fed up with graffiti in Greenwich will appear at the July 14 Board of Selectmen meeting to exploring how an approach to a cleanup project. The project is a collaboration among Fred Camillo, Dawn Fortunato (RTM District 3) and folks at the Boys & Girls Club of Greenwich including Bobby Walker, Camryn Ferrara, Ashley Culver, and Ryan Accurso.

48th Annual Awards Night at Boys & Girls Club of Greenwich Showcases Club Members and Volunteers

Thursday night marked the 48th annual awards night at the Boys and Girls Club of Greenwich and Greenwich Free Press lucked out with an exclusive feature of the event. There was laughter, a few tears and an impressive array of talented and giving Club members and volunteers were honored for their accomplishments. PHOTOS: Dodge for a Cause Tourney at Boys & Girls Club is Great Fun, and a New Tradition!

The first annual Dodge for a Cause was the brainchild of Boys and Girls Club of Greenwich athletic coordinator Camryn Ferrara. The fast paced tournament was a project of the Torch Club, a leadership program for middle and high school students at the Boys & Girls Club.
