A new pre-application has arrived at Greenwich Planning & Zoning that includes a three story addition at the back of the office building at 10 Mason Street. The property is one of two that sold from BNY Mellon National Association in 2025. The building was first constructed in 1954 with two stories. In 1962 it was increased to four stories, with land added for parking for a total of 60 spaces including two ADA spaces.

Celebrating Hope 2016 Greenwich benefit is set for Friday, April 29 at L’Escale at the Delamar Hotel. The Alzheimer’s Association Connecticut Chapter is the primary source of support for the thousands of Connecticut residents dealing with the effects of Alzheimer’s disease or a related dementia. The new Neighbor to Neighbor initiative,” The Undies Project,” will hold its inaugural Greenwich-wide community bra drive, the “Mardi Bra,” from Feb 2 – 9.
During Mardi Bras, the goal is to collect donations of new and gently used bras. The Undies Project founders, Lucy Langley and Laura Delaflor said that since Salvation Army does not accept donations of underwear, people often assume other organizations have the same policy. Continue Reading →
