Developers Joe Tranfo and Phil Wharton estimate construction will be complete in the second half of 2028. There will be a mix of spacious 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom apartments with 10 ft ceilings. he building will be professionally managed and feature many amenities, including a dining room, fitness center and game room.

An action item at the end of Thursday’s school board meeting on extending the Superintendent’s contract ended in a tie vote, which meant the motion to extend failed. The vote came at the end of a long meeting, on the heels of the board’s 5-3 vote in favor of a bell to bell cell phone ban at the Greenwich High School.
Around 1pm on Wednesday a driver crashed into a parked car on East Putnam Ave near Cos Cob School and kept driving.
Brunswick’s application was to create a tunnel to connect their their campuses which straddle King Street. The second annual Last Taste of Summer craft beer festival benefited from warm temps and sunshine on Saturday following a week of very heavy rain. The festival featured live music and numerous food trucks, with samplings from over 30 of Connecticut’s finest craft breweries and distilleries.
