On Monday afternoon a 911 caller, a tow truck driver, explained that the driver of a black sedan with a Rhode Island registration and front-end damage had displayed a firearm. The complainant further explained that the car eventually maneuvered in front of his tow truck and reduced its speed to approximately 5 MPH in an apparent effort to get the complainant to come to a stop.
