The Greenwich Planning & Zoning Commission approved a 7-unit residential apartment building at 103 Mason Street, where many will remember the Computer Super Center operated for many years. The applicant is 103 Mason Street LLC, which is registered to Brian Derosier, according to the CT Secretary of the State website. The structure will be 3-story and a total of 15,369 sq ft.
