The talk is part of a Wednesday an environmental lecture series titled One Air, Water and Land. The Moderator on March 24 will be Ernst Schirmer. Panelists include Kristin Floberg, Planner, Western Connecticut Council of Governments (WestCOG) and Jason Spigel, of Freebee.
