Interim Assistant Headmaster at Greenwich High School Announced

On Tuesday afternoon Greenwich Public Schools Interim Superintendent Ralph Mayo announced the appointment of Dana Tulotta as Greenwich High School’s Interim Assistant Headmaster, effective immediately.

Currently, Folsom House Administrator, Ms. Tulotta has been with Greenwich High School since 2000.

“The Greenwich High School community has been my second family since I started as an educator 19 school years ago,” Tulotta said. “I am both honored and excited to continue to be part of the GHS leadership team in a new capacity.”

“Dana Tulotta has been an extremely valuable member of the GHS leadership team for the last eight years,” said Interim GHS Headmaster Mr. Richard Piotrzkowski. “She has demonstrated
great leadership skills as the House Administrator of Folsom House and the program leader of the mathematics program. I have complete confidence in her ability to use these leadership skills to lead GHS in her new role as Interim Assistant Headmaster.”

The position of Assistant Headmaster was open due to the appointment of Richard Piotrzkowski to Interim Headmaster following the resignation of Dr. Chris Winters resignation in July. Winters accepted a position as head of the upper school at Greenwich Country Day School.

The search to fill the position of Interim Folsom House Administrator will begin immediately.
