Proposal in Works for Redevelopment along North Water St in Byram

A pre-application will soon be submitted to P&Z that will include a new three-story brick building, along with multiple renovated buildings on the block between Mill Street and Armonk. Work has begun on renovations that did not require P&Z approval.

Plans Proposed to Demolish & Reconstruct Historic Building at 2 Greenwich Ave, Plus 2 Adjacent Buildings

A pre-application has been submitted to the Town of Greenwich Planning and Zoning Commission to demolish three existing structures: 2 Greenwich Avenue, 10 Greenwich Avenue, and 10–12 West Putnam Avenue, to consolidate the three contiguous parcels and construct a new mixed-use building containing ground-floor and  below-grade retail, 14 residential apartments.
