The Greenwich Lions Club Pancake Breakfast took place Saturday at the Cohen Eastern Greenwich Civic Center. Guests enjoyed unlimited pancakes, sausages, juice, coffee, live bluegrass music and much more.
The P&Z commission pushed back on an applicant who wants to add a stove to make a basement finished space that is 55% (675 sq ft) the size of two market rate units in the house (1,041 and 1,621 sq ft), noting 8-30g requires affordable units be comparable in size and finishes.
