GCDS Proposes 20 New Prefabricated Staff Apartments & Daycare Addition

GCDS wants to add 20 new housing units and  improvements to the Schwarz Campus, and an addition to the daycare facility. It is located in the RA-1 zone. Today the property has 44 residential units (64 bedrooms) served by 102 parking spaces, including 10 gravel spaces and 6 additional  spaces.

A Fresno, CA man pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit wire fraud related to Bitwise Industries and Voyager Pacific Capital Management. David Hardcastle and business partner Andrew Adler, 32, of Greenwich, loaned Bitwise Industries approximately $20 million in high-interest hard money loans through their special purpose entity Startop Investments LLC.

Peter Shah recently took over the liquor store at the intersection of Sheephill Road and Palmer Hill Road, renaming it Stone Bridge Wine & Spirits in honor of the adjacent historic bridge over the Mianus River. The store, previously LaBella's Fine Wine & Spirits for 16 years, is located at the juncture of several different neighborhoods, but technically is in Riverside.
