Tiny New York Kitchen: Macadamia Nut Peanut Butter Cookies

Great as an afternoon snack or as a special treat to sneak into a brown-bag lunch. Ingredients

1 1/4 Cups Unbleached Flour
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1/4 Teaspoon Kosher Salt
1 Cup Creamy Peanut Butter
1/2 Cup Unsalted Butter (Softened)
1/2 Cup Packed Dark Brown Sugar
1/4 Cup Sugar
1 Large Egg
1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 1/2 Cups Toasted Macadamia Nuts

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Line large-size baking sheet with parchment paper. Place macadamia nuts onto baking sheet and place in oven for 10 to 15 minutes. Remove and let cool. Continue Reading →
