A new pre-application has arrived at Greenwich Planning & Zoning that includes a three story addition at the back of the office building at 10 Mason Street. The property is one of two that sold from BNY Mellon National Association in 2025. The building was first constructed in 1954 with two stories. In 1962 it was increased to four stories, with land added for parking for a total of 60 spaces including two ADA spaces.

A controversial proposal for a 96-unit senior living complex with underground parking for 111 cars on three parking levels was the subject of a well-attended public hearing at Greenwich Town Hall on Monday night. The applicant “47 Valley Drive LLC” was represented by engineer Tony D’Andrea and biologist/soil scientist from Hartford , Michael Klein. Both played down any potential impact on the “small wetland pocket” on the corner of the property.
