Greenwich High School’s Innovation Lab students were on the spot Tuesday night at Bruce Museum, where they explained their Humanities and STEM self-portrait projects face-to-face with the public. The exhibit followed Monday night’s screening of Most Likely to Succeed, a documentary film that opens with a look back at the origins of public school in the US, and presents a grim outlook for the jobs market, in which blue collar jobs are automated and people, along with both the current K-12 education model are obsolete. The majority of the film focuses on High Tech High, a charter school that, like Innovation Lab at GHS, embraces project based learning and increased collaboration with the community at large.
