On Oct 12, around 11:00pm, Greenwich Police were dispatched to the area of 129 Round Hill Road on a report of a vehicle with its horn blaring. While en route officers located a collision in the area of 113 Round Hill Road, where there was damage to Belgian blocks and landscaping. Officers located a vehicle with sustained “significant disabling damage” in the intersection of Round Hill Club Road and Round Hill Road. Investigation revealed that the driver, Eric Estrada, 27, of Round Hill Club Rd, admitted to have been drinking earlier in the evening. Police said he did not perform field sobriety tests to standard and that later, breath testing revealed he had an elevated blood alcohol content over the .08% limit. Continue Reading →
