On Sunday around 12:45pm Greenwich Police officers responded to the east side of town on a report of a physical fight in the area of Sound Beach Ave and East Putnam Ave in Old Greenwich.
Investigation revealed that a verbal and physical fight had taken place between Ashley Vance, 51, of Harvard Ave in Stamford and a victim.
Vance was charged with Strangulation 3, Assault 3, and Breach of Peace 2.
He was able to post his $200 bond and was assigned a date in Stamford Superior Court on Oct 13, 2020.
