80 milbank 2 On Tuesday night the applicant, Popi Nikas, will go before the Planning & Zoning commission to seek a final site plan and special permit to demolish the two-family residence at 80 Milbank Ave and construct a new, 4,560 sq ft two-family residence with two single bay garages on a 8,400 sq ft property. The house is zoned multi family and was built in 1910.
