The owners of 672 Steamboat Road, “672 Steamboat Road, LLC,” which was built in 1840, have filed with the town of Greenwich’s DPW Building Dept for an application for a permit to demolish the house at 672 Steamboat Road.

“672 Steamboat Road, LLC” is registered to “Indian Chase Partners, LLC”

Indian Chase Partners, LLC is registered to John and Jennifer Roach of  6 Indian Chase Drive in Greenwich.

The property features a single family house, which has 12 rooms, and is 2,634 sq ft.

The property was last sold on Aug 4, 2017 for $1,530,000.

Any objection to the demolition filed in writing with the DPW Division of Buildings within 45 days will double the demolition waiting period for established by Town ordinance to 90 days.
