RTM Ousts Planning & Zoning Commission’s 18 Year Member Richard Maitland

Many speakers at Monday’s RTM meeting bemoaned development in Greenwich, particularly non profit religious institutions and private schools, which they say are encroaching on residential neighborhoods.
