A primary is an election where voters in a political party choose the candidates of that party they would like to be their candidates in the upcoming General Election.
The guide includes polling location information and extensive Q&A on each of the 12 candidates.

The top six vote-getters in the September 9 Republican Primary
will be the six Republican candidates for BET in the municipal
election on November 4.
A Board of Estimate & Taxation Debate is schedule for Thursday, October 9, 2025, from 7:00 – 9:00pm in the Town Hall Meeting Room.
