In Case the Unthinkable Happens, Have Your Child CHIP’d

The CT “CHIP” program is not a microchip program, but rather an acronym for “Connecticut Child Identification Program.” On Saturday 50 children were CHIP’d for free in the Armstrong Court preschools.
