Sold: Oldfield Farm Goes for $15 Million in Backcountry Greenwich

Oldfield Farm at 160 John Street in backcountry Greenwich has been sold in five separate transactions from “Owner LLC” to David B Ford on June 19, 2014. Oldfield Farm, an equestrian estate set on eighteen+ acres, is just to the west of Audubon Greenwich. Lot 5 sold  for $674,992.56. Lot 4 sold for $692,910.52.
