“Just for GEMS” Fundraiser at Caren’s Cos Cobber Set for Wednesday

GEMS is an independent 501 (c) 3 corporation.  While it receives money from the Town of Greenwich to operate, it must raise funds separately to purchase and equip its ambulances.  A new ambulance costs approximately  $450,000, excluding equipment.  GEMS has an outstanding operating record, with some of the fastest response times in the country.
